Tracey founded the Dellario Team with her husband Steve in 2008 and has 30 years of experience in the Mortgage Industry. She has been in every role in the industry and uses her underwriting and regional operations manager experience to support our customers. Tracey actively assists the Branch with difficult loan scenarios and makes sure that everyone is set up for success. She is an expert with lending guidelines and is a calming voice during the homebuying process. Tracey enjoys puzzles, exploring Kirkland, and spending time with her family.
