Amelia grew up in North Seattle and has spent most of her life in King County. She started working in the housing industry leasing apartments and uses that knowledge to guide first time homebuyers. She has been a crucial part of the team for over 6 years and works directly with customers while reviewing documents for underwriting. She is part of the transaction coordinator board at the Branch and is constantly fine-tuning the process. In her free time, Amelia and her husband attend live music events, play with their new puppy, reads books, and occasionally build worlds together in Minecraft.
